This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you and Guangxi Chengban Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). It governs your use of Planet Lite (the "App"). Please read it carefully. By creating an account or using the App you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.
1.1 The App helps adults meet new people through matching features and private messaging.
1.2 You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
2.1 You can sign in with a mobile number verification code or Sign in with Apple. Keep your login credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2.2 Your profile information must be truthful and must not impersonate anyone.
2.3 You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete Account. After deletion your profile is no longer visible to other users and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3.1 There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not post, send or share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, illegal or that infringes the rights of others, and you must not abuse, stalk or harass other users.
3.2 Every profile and chat provides tools to report content, report a user and block a user. Blocked users can no longer message you or view your profile.
3.3 We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and suspending or terminating the accounts that posted it.
4.1 You keep the rights to the photos and messages you share. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display them only to operate the App.
4.2 We may filter, review or remove content that violates this Agreement or the Community Guidelines.
You must not use the App to send spam or advertising, to collect other users' personal information, to interfere with the App's operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement. If you disagree with a decision you can appeal by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by other users' conduct or by events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update this Agreement. We will notify you in the App before material changes take effect.
